Refund & Cancellation Policy

Team TournaCraft focuses mainly on user satisfaction.

If you have registered for any tournament (custom) and you are not going to attend the match just inform us before the match, in such cases refunds will be made manually by the respective admin you are contacting via email or instagram.

 

Users will get refunds only if they inform us before match start time and cancel their entry. If any one requests for refund or cancellation after the match starts we will not provide refunds for the same but in some cases we might provide refunds after the match starts.

 

Cancellation Policy -

If any user who has joined the match and is not available to play that particular match for whatever reason can contact us for cancelling their entry by leaving us an email with their application username and match date - time at customer@tournacraft.in .

After the match starts, if any user request us for refunds or cancelling the entry there are less chances of refunds in such cases.

For refunds and cancellation we allow our users to message us on instagram or email us. All the refunds are made within 1 hours after admin receives the request.
